In the morning, you may roll out of your bed and drop flat to the floor. Lie flat on your back with your knees bent. The soles of your feet must be positioned flat on the floor too. Then use your abs to raise upper body forward. Lift your left foot off the floor and let it touch your right or opposite elbow. Hold it for a second or two. Your abs is flexed and working on to give you that curve now. Lower yourself back to starting position.
